Delivery Information operate a flat rate delivery cost of £3.90 per order however do offer free postage on orders over a certain value or made alongside any promotional delivery offer code that we provide via our social media accounts.

Our flat rate shipping is sent via UK Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for delivery and can take between 7-10 days to reach you, however where possible other delivery methods are offered on specific products, an option will be presented to you at the time of checkout and all relative costs clearly presented.

We strive to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible after completion of purchase by our customers, however do have a 3pm GMT cut off time for orders that are processed the same day, orders after this time would be handled the following day for delivery scheduling purposes.

International Shipping

In order to provide our customers with the best possible experience, we do offer international shipping on items that we sell here at, however we do request that you ensure that the shipping of items that you order is accepted from the UK, due to this we will always send the items ordered as stated but should point out that any customs charges or holding will be the sole responsibility of the customer once the items have been dispatched.

We always send our items by International Signed delivery to ensure that our items are received, however can accept no responsibility for customs related issues, so do recommend that before you consider purchasing that you take the time to establish whether delivery from the UK would pose any delays or problems specific to your country of origin.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products that we sell, e-liquids and vaping hardware, we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made once they have reached their destination.

Although we would like to be able to ensure that every purchase you make is exactly as you expected, due to health regulations we are unable to accept the return of both e-liquids and hardware due to potential risk of contamination.

We do strive to work with all customers to ensure that they are happy with their shopping experience with and where possible will look to rectify the situation on your behalf with the help of our suppliers, however no guarantees can be made or should be considered liable to regarding this matter.

We provide a helpful knowledge centre that is maintained by our experienced vaping team which is designed to aid you to be able to select the right products to suit your needs and in order to ensure that you give yourself the best possible chance of an enjoyable vaping experience, advise you to make sure that you know all you need to know in order to make your purchase.

What If My Item Is Damaged On Delivery?

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and always make use of tracked and insured postage, so if your item arrives to you broken, please check the package before signing for it and only accept the item if you are happy with the condition. Alternatively, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery about the issue and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

What If My Hardware Is Faulty?

We try to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and products and for that reason, if you have any problems with hardware we are just an email away. After you make contact with us about the problem we will look to resolve this with you and if required will ask you to return the product so that our engineers can take a closer look.

If there is a fault found within the manufacturing of the goods inside a 3 months time period, we will look to return that to the manufacturers and will send out a replacement.

Please note: This does not include instances where the hardware has suffered damage through human error such as dropping or water damage, the warranty that we extend is focused on manufacture problems only.
